"Alan has a proven record of serving our community, country, and the conservative cause. Alan is not a politician. He is a retired, disabled Army veteran, and patriot who is frustrated with the games the Left is playing in Washington. The choice is clear: we must keep CD 2 in GOP hands so we can take back the House in Washington. I have full trust that Alan is our community’s best choice, and I hope that you’ll support Alan Swain." - Congressman George Holding
"Over the past few months, I’ve had the chance to meet and work alongside a real fighter, Colonel Alan Swain.
Alan shares the values that I have fought so deeply for nearly sixty years. He embodies what it means to be a true servant leader. I’ve been happy to join him on several of his campaign’s endeavors to make a difference in our communities and provide real, decisive leadership. In May, I joined him here in the Triad as he led an effort, alongside the North Carolina Asian American Coalition, to donate over 70,000 pieces of PPE to frontline medical heroes throughout the Carolinas. I even joined Alan on a virtual town hall, where we discussed the incredible importance of upholding public safety and encouraging peaceful protest in our state and nation.
Before Alan became the citizen statesman he is today, he served as a citizen soldier. Like myself, Alan selflessly served our country in the U.S. Army. He served for 26 years and retired as a Colonel. After service, he went on to help start a small business that swiftly became a success.
As I noted in my speech at the Republican National Convention, our country faces many problems today. Our Congress desperately needs new leadership that will stand strong for our values and work tirelessly to build a brighter future for our children and grandchildren. Our Congress needs leaders who know how to navigate gridlock and work with members of both sides to make progress. I know that Colonel Swain is our best hope for this new leadership, and today, I’m proud to provide my full endorsement of Alan as he runs to represent North Carolina’s Second District in Congress." - Clarence Henderson
This week, I signed the Heritage Action’s Police Pledge. As your representative, I’ll stand up for our men and women of law enforcement and ensure that we defend, NOT defund, our police. #backtheblue #WakeStrong
I'm proud to announce my endorsement from the North Carolina Troopers Association. As your voice in Congress, I'll work tirelessly to stand up for our women and men of law enforcement.
"The North Carolina Troopers Association is proud to formally announce our endorsement of Alan Swain for Congress, 2nd District.
Alan is a Retired Colonel (USArmy), Entrepreneur, disabled vet and a pillar of our community. We strongly believe Alan will bring the voice of the people who elect him to Washington, DC and represent our rights and interests, not the interests of big business and special interest groups.
There is a clear choice for the North Carolina 2nd Congressional District, and that is Alan Swain.
We encourage you to stand up for the constitution by casting your vote on Tuesday November 3rd for Alan Swain.
The North Carolina Troopers Association was founded in 1977 to promote effective law enforcement. We represent more than 2500 active and retired Highway Patrol employees.
The Troopers Association encourages you to vote Alan Swain on November 3rd."
- Danny Jenkins, President
I couldn't be prouder to announce an endorsement from former Wake County Sheriff Donnie Harrison.
"Today, our country, and our county, find themselves in truly troubling times. Our valued men and women of blue find themselves under attack. In these difficult times, we need leaders who will defend, NOT defund, our law enforcement officers and stand boldly for the rule of law. That's why I am asking you to support my friend for U.S. House – Alan Swain.
Alan is a proven and dedicated servant leader who cares deeply about our community. He is a retired Army Colonel, successful small business entrepreneur, and patriot who holds his conservative values close. Alan’s vision is to make a genuine difference for everyone who lives in our county and the Second District. He’s the leader our community desperately needs as we navigate these troubling times."
Thank you, Sheriff, for your support of my candidacy. I'm proud to stand beside you in our efforts to support law enforcement and uphold public safety.
Today, I was glad to join State Senate candidate Mario J. Lomuscio as we came together to celebrate community in Brentwood. Great food, friends, and conversation!
It’s been just a couple of days since our first Swain For Congress signs were placed around our district. Already, one has been vandalized and two have been stolen.
It saddens me that this is what politics has become in 2020. Since announcing my run for office, I’ve been dedicated to running a positive campaign. A campaign that focuses on what I will do in office: work to build a better community for everyone. A campaign that emphasizes what makes our community #WakeStrong. A campaign that understands that people are tired of negative campaigns that focus on what is wrong with the opponent rather than what the candidate will actually do for them.
I’m calling on my opponent, as well as everyone running here in Wake County on both sides of the ticket, to publicly call out those who are destroying and stealing these political signs. I’m doing that right now. Together, let’s set the example for our state and nation on how politics can and should be.
Today, as we remember one of the most challenging days in our nation’s history, we’re reminded of the strength of united community.
Team Swain was honored to join in on two events dedicated to remembering the 19th anniversary of 9/11. In New Hill, we joined Tunnels to Towers as they donated a new home to an incredible and resilient Gold Star Family. In Apex, we attended a moving ceremony put on by our local American Legion 124.
We will #neverforget the events that our nation saw on 9/11. We will never forget the amazing resilience and strength of nation’s people in the weeks and months that followed. And we will never forget the power of united community in responding to the challenges we face. #UnitedWeStand.
